My newborn daughter was diagnosed with a food allergy to dairy and soy proteins in January 2014 after three weeks in the NICU, several tests, and an expensive hospital bill. Through trial and error I began to learn about MSPI and how to care for my family.

In July 2014, my baby girl got so sick from eating something contaminated with dairy and soy that she couldn’t breathe properly or eat for a week. She lost half her weight in three days due to prolonged vomiting and diarrhea. She was on the verge of being admitted to the hospital for failure to thrive. I remember that torture like it was yesterday. From this experience, MSPI Life was birthed.

I don’t want another person to feel powerless like I did because of lack of knowledge. That is why I wrote MSPI Life and created the services on this website. My goal is to help as many people as I can adapt to a lifestyle without dairy and soy quickly and inexpensively. I take the pressure off you to do the extensive research or create meals you can eat.

After two years of research and practice, my entire family is living the MSPI life and reaping the benefits. I want to teach you how to do this in 10 days or less whether you have a food allergy, health issues, or just want to lose weight. Together we all can learn to live with no dairy, no soy, and no regrets.
