Hi, I’m Krystal Hart — a proud MSPI Mama. I help people adapt to a life with no dairy and no soy. Whether you have a food allergy or just want to be healthy, I can help. Some people usually hesitate when I say “no dairy and no soy.” I totally understand.
You are probably thinking like I did: This sucks! What am I going to eat? Where do I start? How will I afford it? What happens when we aren’t home? Can you grow out of it? Don’t worry. I answer all of those questions for you (and more) in 10 days or less.
You can learn quickly, easily, and inexpensively how to live the MSPI Life with my help.
I was a working mother with two children under two. One was allergic to dairy, soy, and eggs while the other was experiencing premature puberty. The medical costs were adding up and I had to do something quickly to heal my children. I didn’t want to medicate so I chose to heal with food.
Remember, I was working full-time with an infant and a toddler. I had to figure it out quickly, prepare simple meals, and stay on a budget. At first, I failed at all three.
Fast forward two years later and I’ve got the basics figured out. I can now prepare quick meals at home and on the go for our family, make wise choices when dining out, and I have reduced our grocery bill by $150 per month. And that’s not even the best part! Our oldest daughter is no longer showing symptoms of premature puberty, our MSPI baby is healthy, and I knocked off some serious weight. That is why we have no regrets about living with no diary and no soy.
Now it’s your turn to get these goods. I’m positive that after committing to the MSPI Life, you will also reap benefits that otherwise couldn’t be achieved.
