I was a working mother with two children under two. One was allergic to dairy, soy, and eggs while the other was experiencing premature puberty. The medical costs were adding up and I had to do something quickly to heal my children. I didn’t want to medicate so I chose to heal with food.

Remember, I was working full-time with an infant and a toddler. I had to figure it out quickly, prepare simple meals, and stay on a budget. At first, I failed at all three.

Fast forward two years later and I’ve got the basics figured out. I can now prepare quick meals at home and on the go for our family, make wise choices when dining out, and I have reduced our grocery bill by $150 per month. And that’s not even the best part! Our oldest daughter is no longer showing symptoms of premature puberty, our MSPI baby is healthy, and I knocked off some serious weight. That is why we have no regrets about living with no diary and no soy.
